All credit card details is taken to guarantee the booking. All payment will be due on arrival at hotel.
For cancellation 48hours before arrival will be refunded in full, or 100% charge applicable if no-show or cancel within 48hours.
Kindly note that cars are parked at your own risk and that the Gatwick White House Hotel accept no risk or responsibility.

Credit Cards
All payments will be taken on arrival at hotel by presenting physical card and using chip and pin system. For card holder not present transaction arrangement need to be done in advance in writing with complete card holder details directly with hotel.
